College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming in ways you didn’t expect. You might feel like everyone else has it figured out while you’re quietly struggling with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, loss, or a shift in who you thought you’d be.

I work with people who are trying to make sense of who they are while balancing school, relationships, and future pressure. My clients are thoughtful and self-aware, often the strong one for others, but underneath feel burned out or unsure of where they fit.

In our work together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Therapy is collaborative and active. I’ll help you understand patterns, build tools to manage stress, and feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
