I am a licensed mental health professional and I work with individuals from adolescence through adulthood, from various cultural backgrounds. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
I see therapy as a collaborative process and am honored each time clients trust me to walk alongside them in their respective healing journeys. I am a passionate trauma-informed, person-centered therapist, who seeks to make mental health services accessible and welcoming to all, especially Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) communities.
To meet the needs of my clients, I utilize an individualized, strengths-based approach that often incorporates aspects of motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), brainspotting, mindfulness/meditation, trauma-informed yoga, and relational work/
