I enjoy helping people learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves , food and their bodies. I work with all people in a nonjudgmental manner with a large LGBTQIA+ clientele. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals.

I’m passionate about working with individuals struggling with life changes, self -love, eating disorders, and relationship stress.
