Therapy, for me, is about creating a warm, supportive space where you can show up just as you are. I use ACT, CBT, and mindfulness to help you gently explore tough thoughts and emotions while staying true to what matters most to you. We'll build tools together that support real change—always with curiosity, care, and a bit of humor along the way.
I support individuals facing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, mood challenges, and big life changes, as well as couples seeking deeper connection and growth. My integrative, evidence-based approach blends ACT, CBT, ERP, and mindfulness to help you move past avoidance and align with your values. With lived experience from an underrepresented background, I offer a space where you feel truly seen, respected, and supported.
