Healing is nuanced, deeply personal, and rarely linear. Having someone to talk to can help when things feel hard. Therapy offers the opportunity to show up exactly as you are, explore complicated feelings, make sense of your experiences, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I work with adults, particularly LGBTQIA2S+, who want to deepen self-understanding and develop more compassionate relationships with food and their bodies. Together, we can explore the many layers of who you are, reconnect with parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way, and find more freedom in being yourself.

I’m a queer, nonbinary therapist with over a decade of clinical experience across multiple levels of care. My dialectical and holistic approach is grounded in queer affirmation, neurodiversity affirmation, body liberation, and harm reduction.
