Aram Moon, M.S.Ed., LPC-A
College can be exciting—and overwhelming at the same time. Many students come to counseling feeling stressed, burned out, unsure of who they are becoming, or anxious about the future. You might be juggling classes, work, relationships, family expectations, and big questions about identity and direction—while feeling like you’re supposed to have it all figured out.
I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where college students and young adults can slow down, process what they’re carrying, and feel genuinely understood. Counseling with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and clear as you move forward.
I Work With Students Navigating:
*Academic stress, burnout, and pressure to perform
*Anxiety, overthinking, and constant mental fatigue
*Identity exploration (values, purpose, faith, culture, self-worth)
*Life transitions (starting college, transferring, graduating, post-grad uncertainty)
*Career uncertainty, major decisions, and fear of “choosing wrong”
*Relationship challenges (dating, friendships, family dynamics)
*Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and imposter syndrome
*Feeling lost, stuck, or disconnected from yourself
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counseling—many students come simply because they want support during a demanding season of life.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based counseling practices. Sessions are a space where you can talk openly, ask questions, and develop tools that actually help in daily life—whether that’s managing stress, improving boundaries, or making sense of who you’re becoming.
If you are a Christian who values faith as part of your life, I also offer Christian counseling upon request. This is always optional and guided by your comfort level.
