Hello and welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. I have extensive training in trauma and support adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and care. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you do not have to take it alone. I would be honored to support you as you begin your journey toward healing, growth, and wellness.
