Therapy is the ultimate form of self care. It can lead to radical self-acceptance, allowing you to manifest the positive goals you have for your life. Seeking therapy traditionally has had barriers, and I know breaking those barriers will create a better, more accessible, revolutionary, and empathic society.
My clinical interests include working with LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, domestic violence, and times of adjustment and change. I come from person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-focused modalities.
I utilize an eclectic approach in our sessions, as each client is different. I believe in a therapeutic relationship that is equal and balanced. Our goals will be mutual and dynamic. You are an expert in your life, and I look forward to working together to create the healthy and positive change you see for yourself.
