College is a time of growth, independence, and figuring out who you are—but it can also come with a lot of pressure. Between academics, relationships, friendships, career decisions, and trying to balance everything, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or like you’re expected to have it all figured out. As a younger male therapist, I offer a perspective that can feel relatable and approachable for college-aged men. I understand that opening up about stress, anxiety, relationships, or personal struggles doesn’t always come naturally, especially when you’re used to handling things on your own. My approach is laid-back, honest, and judgment-free. Therapy isn’t about someone telling you how to live your life—it’s about having a space to talk openly, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and develop practical tools to handle life with more confidence. Whether you’re struggling right now or simply want to become a better version of yourself, I’m here to help.
