True wellness and stability includes all aspects of the person that includes the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to create a safe, grace-filled space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I value providing services to help individuals navigate the the challenging journey of life and offer a non judgemental space where clients can be open, vulnerable and honest about any challenges that they may be facing.
