Hello and welcome!

I’m Chelsea, a second-year Master’s student in Clinical Social Work at Columbia University, and I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from Wake Forest University. My pronouns are she/her. My work focuses on areas such as self-care, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. As I work towards my LCSW license and plan to open my own practice, my primary goal is to provide a warm and accepting space where you feel genuinely supported.

In our sessions, I use a blend of psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, client-centered approaches, and DBT to tailor our work to your individual needs. I am committed to creating an environment where you feel truly heard and respected as we navigate your emotions and experiences together. I understand that reaching out for support takes courage, and I am here to empower you as we develop coping skills, discuss your experiences, and work through life’s challenges. I look forward to partnering with you and supporting you every step of the way.

Chelsea is a therapist-in-training at Sol Health. Sol Health is a digital health start-up that offers $30 therapy to Gen Zs by connecting them with therapists-in-training accruing clinical hours.
