I use a traditional therapeutic modality (cognitive behavioral) in conjunction with a Mindfulness based approach. Clients learn to self regulate emotions as they learn to achieve their personal goals. Life will become more meaningful and fulfilling when the individual aligns with a purpose that feels authentic and valuable.
