Courtey Eramo
My focus is supporting individuals navigating substance use challenges, young adults working through the ups and downs of early adulthood, and those facing life changes or transitions. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed. I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR to help clients build resilience, heal from past struggles, and create lasting change. Therapy with me is a safe space to share your story, gain new skills, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, hopeful, and authentic.
Taking the first step toward therapy is a meaningful decision. I would be honored to work with you as you navigate this next chapter.
