My goal in working with you is to customize a therapeutic experience that is unique to your needs and your goals for therapy. I am strength based therapist, who uses CBT, Person centered, as well providing therapeutic Hypnosis techniques. I have worked with clients from private practice to the prison system, so I have worked with a wide variety of clients with different therapeutic needs. I offer in person and telehealth session, to suite your preference. My goal for your first session is for you to leave the session feeling that you are not in this alone.
