I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University and have experience in both residential and outpatient settings. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, and I thoughtfully incorporate expressive arts and sandtray therapy tools to help you explore emotions at your own pace.
