Accepting clients Last Updated 29 days ago

I’m a licensed therapist (MA, NH, FL) specializing in helping young adults who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, school stress, self-esteem challenges or major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel safe exploring their feelings and gaining tools to manage them with confidence.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help clients understand the patterns that may be affecting their mood, behavior and relationships. Together, we build coping skills, improve communication and make meaningful changes that support emotional well-being.

My style is warm, empathetic and engaging. I meet each person where they are, honoring their strengths and fostering resilience. With the right support, individuals can learn to cope, grow and thrive. I'm committed to creating a space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered.
