Hi! I'm Erika Hill, LPC. I enjoy helping college students and young women navigate the pressures of school, relationships, career planning, and life transitions. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, constantly comparing yourself to others, or wondering if you're "doing enough," you're not alone.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll work to build confidence, manage stress and anxiety, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and define success on your own terms, not anyone else's. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped to thrive both in college and beyond.
