The mission of F.L.O.W., created by Licensed Professional Counselor Jamie Nichols, is to empower our clients, students and the community at large to achieve their individual and collective fullest potential through healing, connection and education. We offer integrative services including Clinical Mental Health Therapy, Nutrition and Health Coaching, Specialized Yoga and Meditation, Massage Therapy, and Recovery-Based Support. Client-centered care is individualized to the unique needs of each person that walks through our doors and we take a team based approach to helping you achieve your goals. We look forward to working with you!
We specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, recovery from addiction, grief and trauma as well as with the unique needs of the College Student population. We approach our sessions from a holistic perspective and tailor each meeting to the individual needs of the client. Services offered include individual, couples and family therapy, as well as child and adolescent therapy. We can typically get new clients in for an intake within 1 week.
