Hi, I'm Hadiya, founder of Hey, You Need Therapy (HYNT). I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, one where you can show up as you are without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and insight-driven, helping clients understand patterns, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Whether you're adjusting to college, managing stress, or feeling stuck, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, challenged, and supported. Sometimes the first step forward is simply starting the conversation.
