If you’re navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, identity questions, or big transitions, you don’t have to do it alone. Arrowroot Integrative Counseling offers holistic, evidence-based therapy for college students who want support that’s compassionate, practical, and grounded in real-life understanding.

Who We Are

Arrowroot Integrative is a mental health practice that blends traditional therapy with mind-body approaches to help you create meaningful, lasting change. Sessions are tailored to your goals—whether that’s reducing anxiety, improving focus, healing from trauma, or learning healthier coping strategies.

We provide:

Individual therapy for college students

Telehealth counseling for flexible scheduling

Office-based sessions

Nature-based and walk-and-talk therapy

Equine-assisted psychotherapy (for those who benefit from experiential work)
