I’m here to support you as you tackle all the highs and lows that college life can bring. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, dealing with relationship stress, questioning your path, or just looking for a safe place to talk things out, my door is open. My work is all about creating a safe and trauma-informed space where you can feel supported.
A little about me—I’m a Ukrainian-American adoptee, so I know how complex identity can be, especially when you're figuring out who you want to be. With experience in community mental health, substance use prevention, and working with people from all walks of life, I bring a compassionate and open-minded approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered to make choices that are right for you.
Whatever’s on your mind, let’s face it together. I’d love to be part of your support system on this journey.
