Are you feeling anxious, nervous, or overwhelmed? Are you confused, sad, or not able to enjoy your life? Do you feel like your situation is hopeless and cannot get better? If so, I do not want you to believe that you have to live your life this way. I help people gain control over their symptoms, understand why they feel the way they do, increase their confidence, and enjoy their lives.
I describe myself as a CBT Psychotherapist; meaning I want to help you understand why you are having symptoms and develop a plan to recover from the cause of those symptoms. I want to help you start getting better now.
