I love working with college students—life can get overwhelming fast. College is a powerful time for self-growth, and my approach is warm, relational, and practical, creating a safe space where you feel seen and supported. I use a gospel-centered framework when desired, while respecting where you are in your faith, and focus on building self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and coping tools for daily life. I’m trained in EMDR and support students processing trauma, chronic stress, and life transitions so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
