Kay Holler
College can be an exciting time of growth and possibility, and it can also bring uncertainty, pressure and questions about who you are and where you're headed. I work well with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves or others, or are struggling to make sense of what they're experiencing. You may be going through a difficult transition, struggling in a relationship, questioning your sense of identity or purpose, or simply finding that life feels harder than you expected.
As a doctoral-level psychologist-in-training, I believe therapy begins with a genuine relationship where you can feel safe enough to be yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious. Together, we can slow things down, make sense of what you're going through, and explore patterns in your relationships and everyday life. My role is not to tell you who you are or who you should be, but to help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your strengths, and explore new possibilities.
Therapy can be a place to work through difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, develop practical ways of coping, and explore what gives your life meaning. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply want to understand yourself more deeply, I'd be glad to walk alongside you.
