Therapy is more than just about managing symptoms—it’s about getting curious, feeling seen, feeling empowered, and building a life that feels more like you. I meet my clients where they’re at, offering a safe, judgment-free space to explore the deeper roots behind patterns, self-beliefs, and emotional struggles. Together, we’ll look at how your past, including childhood and environment, may still be shaping your present.

I work with individuals navigating through addiction, substance use recovery, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions/adjusting, depression, and the stress that can come with daily life. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed while working towards helping you understand the “why” behind your patterns—aiming to build tools that actually fit your life.

Therapy with me is a space to feel heard, supported and safe. I believe in your ability to grow, heal, and make empowered choices. You don’t have to do this alone, and I’d be honored to walk with you through the process. If you think I might be a good fit, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to connect and talk about how I can support you on your journey.
