Kayla Pruitte
The cycle of perfectionism and food struggles leaves us feeling invisible, anxious, unworthy, and like an outsider in our own lives. If you’re tired of the constant pressure to prove your worth through your appearance or achievements, I’m here to help you find a way back to yourself. I'm currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Grand Canyon University and an aspiring therapist deeply committed to guiding clients toward holistic healing—body, mind, and spirit. As an intern, I provide low-cost therapy to help you access the care you need.
I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and women & men in midlife struggling with eating disorders, relentless perfectionism, anxiety & the persistent feeling of not being good enough. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who truly gets the exhausting weight of trying to belong while hiding behind a polished exterior. I've been there.
Therapy should be a place where you feel deeply seen and safely challenged. Sessions with me are a blend of compassionate exploration and authentic connection, designed to help you dismantle the need for perfection and reclaim your sense of worth. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute call or text to set up an appointment! Other availiability discussed upon request.
