We are a team of therapists who work with students and young adults navigating stress, identity, and the feeling of having to hold everything together.
Many of the students we support are balancing different expectations from family, culture, and their own goals. Some feel caught between different worlds, while others find themselves overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling disconnected from who they are.
As a team, we are especially attuned to the experiences of students from multicultural, international, and Asian or Asian American backgrounds. We understand how identity, family dynamics, and expectations can shape the way you move through the world.
In this Kind Space, your voice is valued, your story is honored, and every part of you is welcomed. Together, we work to uncover what matters most, address challenges in a way that feels authentic, and build strategies that help you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected to yourself.
