Kristin Robert Psychotherapy
For nearly two decades, I have had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most challenging and transformative experiences. I am especially passionate about working with young women and emerging adults as they navigate anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity development, life transitions, and the pressures that often accompany school, work, and adulthood.
Many of the people I work with appear to have it together on the outside while privately struggling with self-doubt, overwhelm, perfectionism, grief, or feeling stuck. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, gain clarity, and better understand the patterns and experiences that may be keeping you from living the life you want.
Therapy with me is not a passive process. I am warm, direct, and actively engaged. I will sit with you in the hard moments, help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, and gently challenge you when needed. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood while also helping you move toward the growth and change you are seeking.
Together, we will explore both the immediate concerns bringing you to therapy and the deeper factors contributing to them, while building practical tools to help you navigate everyday life. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, struggling in relationships, questioning your direction, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you do not have to figure it out alone.
I would be honored to support you in creating a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.
