College life can be amazing, but it can also be seriously overwhelming. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, past trauma, or just trying to figure things out, you're not alone.
I've spent the past 20 years working with teens and young adults through all kinds of ups and downs. My goal is to give you a safe, honest space to talk, process, and start feeling more like yourself again. If faith is important to you, I also offer Christian counseling as part of our work together — but it's always up to you.
No pressure, no judgment — just support for wherever life has you right now.
