Marilyn Ngundam
Hi, I am Marilyn:
A dual board certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner that is passionate about holistic and integrative health practices as the foundations for sustainable health and wellness. I blend traditional medication management psychiatry with functional and integrative approaches that get to the root of your challenges—not just the symptoms. My care goes beyond medication. We’ll explore how nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, and relationships impact your mental health, and together, we'll create a plan that fits your life and goals.
I help adolescents, young adults, and mid-career professionals overwhelmed from cycles of anxiety, depression, and trauma —so they can feel calm, focused, and whole again. Through an integrative approach—blending medication management, therapy, supplements, and lifestyle coaching—I guide my clients in quieting negative self-talk and reclaiming their confidence, clarity, purpose, and joy.
I also combine evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to learn how your thoughts, feelings and behavior impact each other. Together, we will use this knowledge to shift unhelpful thought patterns, build motivation, and take empowered steps forward—at your own pace.
Clients describe me as compassionate, curious, holistic and grounded. I listen deeply, hold space without judgment, and work collaboratively so you feel seen, supported, and in control of your healing journey.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, holistic and integrative approach to mental wellness that honors both science and your story—you’re in the right place. Let’s work together to restore clarity, balance, and peace from the inside out.
