Welcome! I am a former lawyer, turned second career psychotherapist, practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, Colorado and Utah. In the meantime, I raised three adult kids, all with ADHD and LD’s. I specialize in navigating complicated relationships, managing anxiety and depression, exploring more recent and childhood traumas, and honestly, navigating life as a student. Want to talk about law school; I’m your girl. Want to blame everything on a parent? Happy to do it. Want to make real progress and laugh along the way? Let’s go!
