I specialize in working with people presenting with mood and anxiety disorders seeking symptom reduction and healthy coping skills and also insight into their mental health challenges.I also work with people of all ages on the Autism Spectrum as well as their families.
My overall approach is to set goals to improve daily life while simultaneously working on context and background that may be contributing to today's challenges.
People benefit from all different kinds of therapy models. I often get feedback that my approach is more directive and actively engaged than other providers. You can also learn more about me on my website and Psychology Today profile.
