Michael Allen
I offer a warm, non-judgmental opportunity to reflect on what is going on for you and what you can do about it. Navigating life is hard. Transitions, losses, relationships, economic pressure, depression, anxiety, trauma, and everything else that comes with being human can be difficult to manage under any circumstances. We all need new approaches sometimes.
As we get to know each other, we will draw from a variety of therapies based on what makes sense for you. One size does not fit all! I would welcome the chance to help you consider what to do with your one precious life.
I know it takes courage to reach out to a therapist, whether you have had therapy in the past or not. Just know I'll always be glad to hear from you.
