Micheal Franklin, LCSW, is the owner of Franklin and Kiai Counseling Services, PLLC, a Round Rock–based counseling practice serving teens, young adults, and adults throughout Central Texas. With 13 years of professional licensure, Micheal provides confidential, compassionate, and practical counseling for clients who are ready to make meaningful, lasting behavioral change.
He specializes in addiction counseling, including porn and sex addiction and other compulsive or substance-related behaviors; trauma and PTSD therapy; anxiety and depression counseling; anger and stress management; and men’s issues counseling. His work emphasizes evidence-based care, individualized treatment planning, emotional regulation, structured accountability, and tools clients can apply in daily life.
