Michelle Sprouffske, LCSW
Therapy is a journey of healing, growth, self discovery and so much more. Each person brings with them a different story and unique perspective, which gives us the opportunity to meet you where you are in that moment, with empathy and support. At Steps to Change, LLC we frequently work with people around life transitions, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, gender and sexuality, acute and chronic trauma issues, self empowerment, parenting, chronic illness (invisible and visible) as well as grief and loss. We enjoy working with individuals in a welcoming space that is created together through the therapeutic relationship.
We believe the role of the therapist is to be there as a guide in the process of helping you trust your inner self more and assist in learning new coping strategies to better manage the adversities in life. All services are via Tele-Health, which gives the Client the comfort of their items and space during the sessions, often helping to feel more secure.
Please email to schedule an appointment as written communication works best. Hours of availability are Monday-Wednesday with no evening availability. Our hope is that we are able to work together towards reaching your goals and creating change through interpersonal growth.
