When you’ve experienced trauma, harm, injustice or high stress environments it can leave us feeling overstimulated or detached. This can make it hard to see the other side, which is why I'm here to go along this path with you. I specialize in working with trauma processing, neurodivergence, identity exploration, existential thoughts, psychiatric harm, interpersonal relationships and sexual well-being.
I often work with black/multi-racial persons, LGBTQIA2S+ folk, those with disabilities, college students, and those experiencing life transitions. My approach is rooted in empowerment, interpersonal dynamics and liberation. I strive to find techniques and tools specifically for you, so you walk away from each session feeling like we have truly done the work.
