Myea Hunt
Navigating young adulthood can feel like a constant balancing act—school, work, relationships, and figuring out who you are. I work with young adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, and life transitions. Whether it’s managing the pressure to “have it all together” or finding clarity in the middle of change, I provide a safe space to slow down, breathe, and reset.
My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative. I use CBT, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and give you practical tools you can actually use. And if you’d like, we can integrate faith into sessions for added support. Together, we’ll focus on small, doable steps that bring relief now and set you up for the future you want.
