Many of us move through life carrying stories that were never fully processed — experiences of loss, trauma, disconnection, or relationships that left us feeling unseen. I aim to create an inviting space where we can gently explore and honor these stories together. My approach to healing is integrative, spiritual, and deeply relational. I draw from somatic practices, attachment theory, and evidence-based psychotherapy to help clients explore the convergence between mind, body, and soul. I believe that meaningful change often happens through compassionate awareness of our emotions, patterned behavior, and our lived experiences.
I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist-in-training passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their capacity to heal. My work centers around assisting the collective with processing trauma, overcoming obstacles, and rewiring unhelpful patterns primarily through movement and directive psychotherapy.
