I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or significant life changes. Some know exactly what brings them to counseling; others simply know that something isn't right. Together, we identify what is getting in the way, build on your strengths, develop healthier ways of coping, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I provide individualized counseling using approaches such as CBT, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR, and IFS-informed strategies. I especially enjoy helping clients understand how past experiences may influence present thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors while developing practical tools for change. Reaching out for counseling can feel difficult, especially when you aren't sure where to begin. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what is wrong. We can start where you are, without judgment, and work together to understand what you're experiencing and identify a path forward.
