Roll for Wellness offers community events, therapy, and workshops that prioritize providing affirming and supportive care for Neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, Complex PTSD and other Chronic Mental Health Challenges), LGBTQ+ and BIPOC folks.

I arrive to my career in clinical mental health as a queer, neurodivergent, person-centered, student intern therapist. I am driven to understand where someone may be at in life by honoring their intersectionality within the context of the systems they live within. I regularly work with the Bisexual+ community and the challenges they face within and outside the queer community. I specifically seek to work with neurodivergent populations that have experienced religious trauma, chronic illness, trafficking, depression, and substance use disorder.

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also love referencing art, cinema, and music to relate to the human experience. I will work alongside you, with what works for you. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to witness that.

Oftentimes, those of us who live on the fringes of society are told how to feel, and we are sometimes left unsure how to honor our truths while in relation to others. My goal in pursuing a career in therapy lies within the process of individuals becoming confident in discovering their own intuitive solutions for healing and growth.
