I really enjoy helping folx navigate identity development and questioning as well as taking the brave step to transition. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build your most authentic life. I also specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidality. I incorporate mind/body practices, clinical hypnotherapy, meditation, mindfulness, and self compassion into the therapeutic work that I do.
