Sharnelle Branyon
“I couldn’t heal because I kept pretending I wasn’t hurt.” This powerful realization encapsulates the journey many of us face when confronting our emotional wounds. My mission is to create a nurturing and understanding environment where you can explore and make sense of your past experiences. I aim to help you organize your thoughts, gain clarity in times of uncertainty, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. In this safe space, you will be encouraged to tackle difficult decisions, process significant life events, and experience personal growth.
As a licensed clinician in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Maine, I bring over 25 years of experience. I provide strength-based therapy such as CBT, trauma informed, ACT, and solution-focused. I specialize in working with adults who are navigating challenges of substance use, addiction, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery that promotes insight, guidance, and enhanced self-awareness. I am here to help you recognize and cultivate the inner strength you possess, enabling you to overcome life's challenges and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.
