I provide psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, the therapeutic integration of psychedelics, EMDR, and Brainspotting to individuals and couples. Clients come to me for help working through myriad issues, including but never limited to: resolving trauma (including complex trauma/childhood wounds), transitions and adjustments, college life and the issues that come with it, emotional regulation, behavioral changes, manifestation & spiritual awakenings, identifying triggers, developing the wise mind, understanding one's decision-making process, tapping into intuition, trusting oneself, resilience building, relational skills, distress tolerance, disrupting cognitive distortions, understanding personal thought patterns, and restructuring patterns of behavior. Some of my specialities include stress management, family issues, anger resolution, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, underachieving, over-functioning, avoidance, and burnout.

I use an integrative approach of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-focused & culturally informed practices. We work on deep levels, using powerful tools such as EMDR, hypnotherapy, & Brainspotting to help resolve subconscious limiting beliefs.
