Dr. Rebecca Tuttle
I provide individual therapy to college students who are feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Many of my clients are navigating academic and relationship stress, identity exploration, life transitions, or broader mental health concerns. They’re often tired of feeling tired, and are ready to start creating change, even if they’re not sure exactly what needs to shift.
I see my clients as the experts on their own lives, and I value collaboration, transparency, and ongoing feedback throughout the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you and build practical tools to help you move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.
If you’re curious about working together, please visit my website (link at the bottom of this page). There, you’ll find more information about my background, approach, and a link to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, talk about your goals, and see if we’re a good fit.
