Wellness Mental Health, LLC, is a woman-owned, LGBTQ+-owned and affirming group practice. We are made up of culturally diverse therapists, each bringing unique specialties and perspectives to the table.
We offer a wide range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), marriage and family therapy, and rehabilitation counseling.
Our clinicians have extensive experience supporting clients through a variety of challenges, such as PTSD, childhood trauma, religious trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, Autism, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, women's issues, life transitions, chronic illness, intellectual and learning disabilities, and relationships, marriage, divorce, co-parenting, and more. We treat individuals, couples, and families.
We welcome both adults and children ages 10 and up, and are licensed to provide therapy in Georgia.
