Zoey Phillips
It takes courage to reach out for help. Sometimes, the tools and supports we have aren’t enough to navigate big transitions and changes in our lives, or to make the changes we long for. In those moments, therapy can help us understand what’s holding us back and develop a plan that will help reduce our suffering and increase well-being. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I am passionate about partnering with young adults and families in the journey toward healing and believe strongly in providing identity-affirming, culturally responsive care at all stages of the therapeutic process.
I specialize in evidence-based treatment for a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, OCD, borderline personality disorder, and ADHD. I also work with individuals who struggle with self-harming behaviors, addiction, and suicidal thoughts and/or behaviors.
If you are looking for support and not sure where to turn to next, feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
