Being surrounded by therapists throughout that time, I found myself continually inspired by the depth and impact of their work. That inspiration led me here. Today, I bring that same directness into the therapy room, helping you explore how your feelings and emotions connect to your history and how patterns, often without our awareness. By shining a light on those cycles, we can begin to understand them and, together, find a new way forward. Outside of the office, you can find me practicing hot yoga, spending time outdoors, playing video games, making art, or catching up on reality TV.
