Hi! My name is Dr. Gabrielle (she/hers) and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. First and foremost, I am so proud of you for considering therapy for your healing journey! Seeking mental health services comes with many hurdles and I am so glad you are choosing this path for yourself. I am passionate about empowering my clients to discover ways they can live authentically and intentionally. My approach to therapy is one of warmth and curiosity. I aim to nurture therapeutic relationships that are safe, understanding, and genuine. I typically work with clients who have a history of perfectionism and self-criticism and who may be experiencing low self-worth or dissatisfaction in their relationships. My work with clients often includes providing a safe space for self-discovery and working towards becoming more self-compassionate. Together, we will collaborate and determine what the best course of action is for you! I generally work from a feminist and person-centered lens while flexibly incorporating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as appropriate. I prioritize collaboration with my clients in order to identify their goals and to ensure that they are getting what they want out of treatment. I am committed to providing therapy from a social justice and anti-racist lens and I am an LGBTQ+ affirming and Health At Every Size (HAES) therapist. I absolutely love the work that I do and I am honored to be trusted to hold this sacred space with so many amazing people. My goal as your therapist is that you always get the therapy you want, need, and deserve. In order to do this, we will work together to clearly define your hopes and needs and tailor treatment to your therapy goals.
Hi I am a believer that life is workable. Hard? Yes. Challenging? For sure. Therapy offers a place to be heard, to learn skills and develop a deep sense of self trust and belief in one's ability to make a full and fulfilling life. Adults love to say college is the "best time of your life" but that adage misses how deeply challenging this time in life actually feels: making friends, finding your career, leaving home, fitting in - - to say nothing of academic challenges. Therapy can help make the transition to a new school, the development of an independant self as well as navigating how to work with and understand friendships, relationships and drugs and alcohol.
It's nice to meet you! My name is Erica (she/her), and I am a queer therapist working with students who struggle with disordered eating, relationship wounds, anxiety, and substance use. Are you searching for relief from constantly critiquing what you eat or what your body looks like? Then this is the space for you. Are you tired of feeling as though you aren't good enough? Or perhaps you've realized that you're coping with stress in ways that make you think "this isn't me...". Then this too, is the space for you. Many of my clients are college students who are seeking to find more internal stability, emotional regulation, and a deeper understanding and acceptance of who they are. Navigating college is difficult enough, and can feel even more overwhelming when you just can't seem to feel like you. Therapy can help you understand yourself better, feel more self-assured, and provide you with the tools to better manage internal and external stress. I offer a free 30 minute consultation so that we can meet and chat a bit more about how you need support. If you think we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out! Wishing you the best in wherever your mental health journey takes you.

My journey into the world of mental health services has come through my own struggles with adoption trauma, addiction, and long-term depression. Such conditions have made me an avid researcher of the human mind and heart, and a passionate experimenter of the means by which we transform both. This research and experimentation has (thankfully) fine-tuned my relationship skills and made me fluent in many languages of internal exploration. The most impactful of all of these have been the practices of meditation and somatic psychotherapy. I have spent nearly twenty years exploring them in depth and I would love to share them with you.

I am here to offer a relaxed approach to therapy where you can feel comfortable and safe to work on what’s bothering you. My goal is to give you the help you desire, and that will always come first. At some point, many people realize that what they're doing is no longer working, but they're not sure what to do to fix it. I specialize in people (13+) and families who are dealing with conflict, self-defeating behaviors, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, loneliness, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or questions of identity. Through my practice, I've successfully helped clients move past issues that have blocked them from living fully, completely, and whole-heartedly. While working with me, they've been able to find more joy, happiness, success, and peace in the areas of their life that matter most to them. Together, we'll build your self-awareness, develop clarity on your goals and values, and foster an understanding of where you're coming from and where you'd like to go. I use several evidence-based modalities to help my clients do that, but the most important aspect of my practice is my relational, non-judgmental, open, direct, and clear approach. My work matters deeply to me and I feel a strong calling to give my clients my best, session after session. There's no better feeling I get than when my clients sense their progress and recognize that their life is changing in ways they've always longed for. If any of this has resonated with you, please don't hesitate to reach out. Let's talk.

Hi, I'm Christine! I primarily work with students in Fort Collins and the Northern Colorado area. I also support students struggling with self-esteem and body image. You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. In therapy, I offer a supportive space to process what you’re going through, better understand yourself and your patterns, and work toward meaningful change.
