Our center is dedicated to bringing you evidence-based treatments for a wide variety of life's problems. These include depression, anxiety, and insomnia. We provide effective and compassionate individual and group therapy. How we help our clients Our philosophy is to provide a warm and engaging approach to teaching our clients the skills they need to overcome their challenges and to lead more fulfilling lives. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented, practical, and collaborative approach that helps patients change their behavior, mood, thoughts, and relationships. Therapists select techniques that are individualized for each client and may include mindfulness, exposure, and experiential exercises. We help our clients become better aware of the way their negative thoughts affect their mood, self-esteem, and relationships. Our therapists are expertly trained in a variety of cognitive and behavioral therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
We realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor our therapy to meet the specific needs of our clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, we will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way. Our practice specializes in treating individuals, couples and families. We also offer group therapy both virtually and in person. If you’ve been feeling hopeless or alone lately, or struggling with a problem in your life that feels unsurmountable, group therapy could help you improve your everyday life. Group therapy helps you find a sense of community with others who are going through similar things as you while giving you access to valuable tools that can truly help you feel better. If interested in groups and learning coping skills contact our group coordinator Bri Keller at briannak@reflectivewellness.org

Now welcoming new clients. I have a passion for working with clients who come from complex family systems and are ready to break away and heal from harmful generational patterns. Clients come to me when they are struggling to re-connect with the authentic version of themselves and/or want to heal from relational wounds and deepen their connection with others. It can be hard to exist authentically in the world due to trauma, societal expectations, and systemic concerns, but becoming the best version of yourself is possible. I utilize an empathetic, humanistic, and strength-based approach. I recognize that all of my clients are unique and, as such, have diverse wants, needs, goals, and expectations of self. I will meet you where you are at, help you identify what the best version of yourself looks like, and help to unpack the roadblocks along the way. I believe in humanizing the experience of therapy and view the therapist-client relationship as an active agent for change. To share your vulnerabilities, fears, and apprehensions with someone is courageous and it is my honor to walk alongside you on this journey!

About My Clients My clients bring their strengths, lived experiences, and wisdom to our therapy sessions every day. They bring resilience from the traumatic experiences they face and many of my clients bring and/or discuss the ways relationships impact their day to day lives. My Approach to Helping As a social worker, marriage and family therapist in training, and educator I value and center the wisdom that clients bring into the therapeutic conversation. My values also lie heavily in centering and validating the experiences of my clients from an inclusive perspective. My goal is to balance trusting the client to make the best decisions for themselves and create space for collaboration in the therapeutic process. Whether it is Individual, Couples Therapy, or Family Therapy, I believe that therapeutic interventions are tools that support the relationships, not replace them! Being a woman of color in the field of mental health guides and builds empathy in my work. I believe in creating a comfortable and supportive environment that encourages trust-building and playfulness when appropriate. I approach my work through meeting my clients where they are and creating customized clinical experiences based on the needs of my clients.
The integration of wealth and wellness is my passion. Increasing productivity, treating trauma, teaching skills for executive function, and improving my clients' relationship with money are the things I find myself focusing on in my practice daily. My go-to tools are EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I hope to offer empathy and accountability for you on your journey.
It is an honor and an inspiration to witness a person’s growth. Being a part of that transformation is my passion and my life’s work. I am a transpersonal therapist, meaning that I hold a person’s emotional journey within the larger context of their overall spiritual path. Transpersonal psychotherapy is unique from traditional psychotherapy in that it views a person as a spiritual being who is having a human experience. From that perspective, the process of developing self-awareness is a remembering of the essential nature. Expanding one’s consciousness becomes a sacred unfoldment through which we begin to create ourselves and our lives intentionally. Through a delicate balance of self-love and self-honesty, we can begin to discern the persona we have created from the essence of who we are. As the ego, or personality, becomes increasingly easy to identify, we are able to recognize and resist its programming and begin taking ownership of our choices. Trying to control our external reality is exhausting and ultimately impossible, but our inner reality can be entirely of our choosing. True freedom and security is cultivated within and brings an unshakeable sense of peace to even life’s roughest waters.

I work with women who feel stuck in relationships, career decisions, and life transitions, and who want to understand themselves more clearly and set healthier boundaries. My work is grounded in CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, strengths-based therapy, and Trauma Informed care. I pay close attention to the mind-body connection because it often reveals what words cannot. Our goal is to help you feel more like yourself, more confident in your decisions, and more connected to what you truly want. I show up with honesty, compassion, and a little humor. I will support you, challenge you, and call out the patterns that keep showing up so you can stay focused on what matters to you. Transitions, even positive ones, often bring up feelings of being out of control. We are more likely to turn on auto pilot and rely on behaviors that don't really promote our own wellbeing. I really enjoy working with folks navigating these stages of life and truly finding peace in riding the waves of life. I have specialized training in disordered eating, anxiety and trauma. I utilize EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral therapy most often in my practice. The most important thing for me is for my client to feel connected and safe exploring their relationship with emotions within the therapeutic relationship. Whether you are totally new to therapy or are just coming back, I meet all my clients wherever they are. You don't need to be ready to make changes to start the process!

Currently accepting both virtual and in-person clients - Hi there! My name is Lindsey. I primarily come from an attachment-based, relational approach, where what matters most is genuine, authentic connection. A story well told is my favorite piece of the human experience. We all have stories full of what happens to us that is outside of our control as well as how we respond to these experiences that is within our control. As your therapist, my hope is to empower you to become the author of your own story and provide you with the support, guidance, and resources you need to pick up the pen and decide where you're going next. I particularly specialize in: ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders. I also work with those struggling with their relationships and/or challenges coming up in life (including but not limited to: school, work, navigating 20s and/or 30s, interpersonal struggles, dating, family dynamics, life stressors, identity development, and values work). I find it to truly be an honor and privilege to be right beside you as you navigate whatever challenges life throws at you. Reaching out for support can be a difficult step, and you are brave for how far you've already come. Feel free to send me a message on here or schedule your own phone consult on my website!
Amazing personal transformations take through the therapeutic process. I’ve had the privilege of serving clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger, self-destructive behavior, trauma as well as those who just seek better coping skills or want greater insight to themselves so they can live more authentic lives of purpose and peace. My style is deeply compassionate while also being direct and directive. I do not believe in meandering, aimless therapy. I believe in structure and accountability in the therapeutic journey. Together, we set specific goals and we work towards those goals in a safe, but challenging environment.
