I’m Victoria, and my superpower is helping women heal from anxiety and self-doubt to find confidence and self-love. As a second generation American from a multiracial background, I love to help clients explore the impact of their own cultural experiences. I also specialize in working with women with ADHD, new moms and postpartum mental health.
Often the people who find me are high achieving and highly anxious folx who use fantasy as a way to connect. I'm amazed at how much my clients talk about D&D and love how much joy and opportunity it offers. Many of my clients identify in the LGBTQ+ community as well.
I believe our emotional reactions are rarely random. When stress flares or we feel stuck, it often activates deeper attachment wounds, unmet needs, or patterns shaped by our relationships and systems. In the here & now, I help clients slow down, notice thoughts, emotions, & bodily sensations, exploring what’s truly holding them back. I approach therapy through a systemic, attachment-informed lens, integrating mindfulness & presence to foster self-awareness, self-compassion, & more intentional, authentic ways of relating to yourself & others.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who struggle with emotional dysregulation that can lead to impulsive behaviors or avoidance. My work focuses on helping clients develop emotional awareness, increase psychological flexibility, and cultivate self-compassion while building practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. I bring over ten years of experience in community mental health, two years spent in a full-time position at Western Colorado University’s Counseling Center, where I provided individual counseling to students. As both a former WCU therapist and an alumni of the same school, I have a deep appreciation for the unique challenges students in a small mountain community can face and the support they deserve. My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I also incorporate principles from interpersonal neurobiology and attachment theory to create a supportive, grounded, and collaborative environment. I am trained in EMDR and can integrate this more structured approach to trauma processing if requested or recommended. I’m passionate about this work because I believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and in every person’s capacity for growth. Together, we can create a space that fosters resilience, insight, and meaningful change.
You and your life isn’t one note. You are multifaceted and the demands you face happen to be as well – particularly when you are a student. Currently, the sound-track of your life has moved away from the sounds of a harmonious symphony -or maybe from an upbeat pop song- to something more unnerving and stressful (like the alarm you use to wake up to in the morning or the background music in a horror film—building tension, bracing yourself from some known or unknown threat). It makes sense that life has been overwhelming -increased responsibilities and life demands alone would contribute to this feeling. Add fears about the future, a recent breakup, challenging relationship dynamics with family, and/or other stressors and you might find yourself tipping the scales of your emotional bandwidth. I help students focus on the unique aspects of their lives that are no longer serving them – with empathy, tools, problem-solving, and emotional healing and growth. I believe you can have a richer and higher-quality of life– free from the overwhelming influence of your current life demands, harmful past experiences, poor modeling, and environmental toxicities (psychological). Have you been struggling with reoccurring thoughts, memories, and images of past stressful events that you can't get out of your mind? Are you experiencing loss of time with no explanation, feeling out of control of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors? Does it sometimes feel that you are living life from the back seat with no control? You could be experiencing dissociation and the after effects of trauma. I specialize in working with the whole self to process through past trauma & negative beliefs about yourself in order to open up new ways of interacting with the world and new beliefs. As an EMDR trained therapist I use your brain's natural neuron network to help you reform negative beliefs about yourself that were formed in trauma. The brain holds onto trauma; using bilateral stimulation it is possible to make sense of our past memories so that they do not have emotional power over our lives. EMDR has also been known to decrease anxiety. If you are an individual who is struggling with past trauma, dissociation, or anxiety; please feel free to contact me for a free 30 minute consult to see if I am the right therapist for you. I would love to help guide you along your healing journey.
Authenticity is central to my work—I show up as my full self so you can feel safe doing the same. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist, I’m passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ and late-identified neurodivergent individuals in unmasking, exploring identity, and building lives that feel genuine and sustainable. My approach is eclectic and inclusive, drawing from multiple modalities to create care that fits you. I integrate Geek Therapy and continually work to decolonize my practice. I’m sex-positive, kink-aware, and affirming of LGBTQ+ and ENM identities. Let’s work together to help you feel more fully, authentically you.
Hi, I’m Ana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy in Colorado. You may appear to have everything together, yet inside you feel exhausted, disconnected, or like you are constantly masking parts of who you are. Many of the people I work with feel caught between identities, cultures, or expectations that never quite feel like home. I work with young adults and adults (ages 18-30s) navigating minority stress, trauma symptoms, burnout, high-functioning anxiety, and feeling detached from themselves. Many are college students or early-career professionals trying to understand who they are and build a life that feels more aligned with their identity and values. My approach centers the connection between identity, culture/environment, and the whole Self--mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul. Drawing from somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, multicultural therapy, IFS-informed parts work, and systems perspectives, I help clients understand the protective patterns that once served them, reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, intentional, and aligned with who they are. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have not always felt understood or supported in other spaces. I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation where we can talk about what brings you here, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

Asking for help can feel like failure. But it’s actually the smartest thing you can do. You’re at a rigorous university. You’re surrounded by smart, accomplished people. Everyone seems to have it together: classes, social life, and future plans despite all the pressure. Except you’re in your room at 2 AM and your anxiety is spiraling. Or you’re making a decision that feels impossibly huge and you have no idea which way to turn. Or you’re just… exhausted. The problem isn’t that you’re not capable. The problem is you’re trying to figure out who you actually are while everyone expects you to have it all figured out. That’s where I come in. I’m Debbie Miller, a therapist who gets college students. I spent 25 years in Ann Arbor and worked extensively with University of Michigan students. I know the academic pressure, the social dynamics, the Greek life culture, the competitive environment. I still work with Michigan students via telehealth, and I genuinely understand what it’s like to be where you are. I work with students who feel overwhelmed by pressure, confused about their future, struggling with anxiety or depression, or navigating major transitions. Students who know something needs to shift but aren’t sure how. Here’s the approach: We work together to help you become an expert on yourself. We’re a team. My job isn’t to tell you what to do, it’s to ask the right questions so you hear your own voice clearly. To challenge you on beliefs that hold you back. To help you figure out what actually matters to you (not what you think should matter). This isn’t always comfortable, but discomfort is usually a sign that real growth is happening. Your pace, your direction. That’s the deal. Ready to talk? Call or email me to schedule your free consultation.
